Consumer Federation of America Reports Cable Customers Overcharged $4.5 to $6 Billion Annually

Consumer Analysis Shows FCC Report Whitewashes Real Reason Behind Skyrocketing Bills

The Consumer Federation of American has released a report that highlights the cost of cable consolidation to consumers. The CFA finds that in the aggregate, price increases far exceed the increase in programming costs. They also find that the mergers, consolidations and clustering have all played a role in further raising the price of service.
