Public Access of Indianapolis’ 2006 Alternative Media Festival, “Telling Our Truths,” will be held on the IUPUI campus on July 29, 2006. The purpose of the festival is to strengthen our abilities to tell our own stories, and to learn ways we can work together to strengthen diverse and democratic media. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.

The festival will include sessions with workshops, panel discussions, and video screenings. If you have an idea for a session, we invite to you submit a short program proposal by April 30, 2006.

As we did in 2004, we will offer a variety of packages for sponsors and donors, starting at $100, that include tickets to the Director’s Cut Reception on the evening of July 28, 2006, and recognition in the program book. We will also offer an opportunity for local organizations to participate as exhibitors during the festival.
