The Alliance for Community Media (ACM) Central States Region is hosting its Spring 2005 Conference in Indianapolis. Workshop topics, which cover many aspects of starting, running and funding a community media center and public access TV channel as we want in Indianapolis, include: - Access Start-ups

- Volunteer Management
