| As part of a nationwide Palestine Film Festival sponsored by the American Association for Palestinian Equal Rights (AAPER), the film “Private,” in which a Palestinian family is trapped inside a house commandeered by Israeli soldiers, will be shown at 6:30 pm in Room 405 at IUPUI Campus Center, 420 University Blvd. The Palestine Film Festival is an event to showcase films which help educate Americans across the United States about the situation in Palestine and the need for an equitable U.S. policy toward Palestine that advances freedom and equality for the Palestinian people. The Palestine Film Festival has two major goals: First, to raise awareness about the situation in Palestine among Americans who will attend and sponsor the Festivals, including your family members, friends, neighbors and community members. And second, to raise funds for a powerful AAPER advertising campaign that will educate millions of Americans about Palestine. For more info, visit aaper.org/filmfestival |
