When those with fewer resources are denied their voice, democracy suffers. Public access is an important tool in providing all voices in our community to be heard. United Senior Action and its 14,000+ members support efforts to reestablish public access in the central Indiana area.

Indianapolis has been without a public access channel far too long. It wasn't right to take off our old chanel and its
long overdue to give us another!!!! :upset

Public access in Indianapolis is woefully overdue. Public access to media encourages dialogue between various arts, cultural, political, and religious organizations. Communities are only as strong as their ability to communicate openly and honestly.

I'm heavily involved in local independent film and have wanted a venue to display my own work and see others' without the requirement of renting a theatre - an expense most local filmmakers can't afford. Without their work being seen, how can they gain the attention they need to gain the funding necessary to rent a theatre?

It's hard to believe a city the size of Indianapolis doesn't have a public access channel. It's well past time to bring it back!

This is the information age. We need a sophisticated way to get information.
A world class city needs world class community media.
