The Department of Justice has given the green light to AT&T's acquisition of BellSouth -- one of the largest mergers in US history --with no conditions to protect the public or consumer interests. Now it is left to the FCC to make its decision. To oppose this merger or at least require public interest provisions such as net neutrality, take action through Free Press.
