"The struggle is greater than ever before. It seems that our government does not want to hear dissent doesn't want to hear all sides of the story whether it's about the war [or] whether it's a local issue like the extension of the I-69 interstate through southern Indiana. It seems that a well-rounded debate is not welcome, and that's not what democracy is about. "
