The Youth Speak Out was part of the 2002 Spirit and Place FestivalWhat do talented teenagers want to break silence about? Find out at energetic performances on November 9 and 10, 2002 at the Indianapolis Children's Museum and The House Cafe + Music featuring teens who dance, act, write, and debate, and make films, music, and art that break silence about real issues that matter to them and all of us.
